Estevan is a problem-solver who partners with his clients to bring new ideas and creative-thinking to optimize their success. With over 6 years of experience, Estevan has successfully represented multiple companies in their expansion efforts and managed purchase transactions in excess of $100MM. 

Estevan studied Economics at the University of South Florida which provided a strong base for his career in commercial real estate. With his knowledge of the industry consistently growing, Estevan is a valued Bounat team leader and integral partner to his clients. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and NAIOP’s Tampa Bay Chapter.

Estevan is a Tampa area native who enjoys traveling, soccer, fishing and spending time with family.
