Asif serves as a Director at Boutique National, bringing a multi-generational perspective to the Tampa Bay real estate market. A Plant City native and lifelong Hillsborough County resident, he offers deep local insight with a focus on land acquisition, medical and government office, retail, and residential investments.

Prior to joining Boutique National, Asif served as CEO of Hakeem Investments Florida LLLP for 17 years, overseeing a diverse family office portfolio of more than 50 assets. He has led complex transactions across hospitality, retail, and government sectors—including the successful rezoning and development of the Reverb by Hard Rock Tampa hotel.

His client experience includes work with national brands and government agencies such as Enterprise, Sixt, Goodwill, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, the Social Security Administration, and the FDA, as well as multiple branches of the U.S. Military.

Asif is an active member of the Rotary Club of Tampa and a graduate of the University of South Florida. Outside of work, he enjoys travel, golf, and staying engaged in the Tampa community.
