Biography

Tommy Szarvas

Managing Partner, Co-Founder

Tommy serves as Managing Partner and Co-Founder for Boutique National. Prior to his role in Bounat, he served as Managing Director, Partner for KW Commercial in addition to spearheading the Retail Division for CLW Real Estate Services Group.

Tommy is involved in all facets of the company including corporate services, investment sales, retail development, exclusive landlord and tenant representation. He has extensive brokerage experience in market sectors including: industrial, retail, office and mixed-use. Tommy has led teams through all phases of horizontal land development and redevelopments of office and retail projects. Throughout his career, he has received accolades including, Trust Street Top Gunn, FGCAR Pinnacle Award and Forbes Real Estate Council.

With nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Tommy has earned the trust and respect within the industry by negotiating numerous transactions in excess of $750MM and providing proven results to his clients. Notable clients include: Yum Brands, Kohl’s, Staples, Publix, PNC Bank, NAC, Vitamin Discount Center, Rent-A-Center, College Hunks Hauling Junk, ABC Imaging, and numerous OSR’s.

Tommy obtained his Bachelors in Marketing from Miami of Ohio. He is active in the community, supporting foundations including the Toys for Tots, Gold Shield Foundation, DU 100 and Metropolitan Ministries. Tommy enjoys traveling in his free time.

Nick Ganey, CCIM

Managing Partner, Co-Founder

Nick serves as Managing Partner and Co-Founder for Boutique National. Prior to Bounat, Nick served as Executive Director, Partner for KW Commercial. Throughout his career, he has been involved with hundreds of transactions spanning across all facets of commercial real estate. Working with institutional clients, large investment firms, publicly traded REITs, and private investors, Nick specializes in providing effective solutions to meet and exceed his clients’ expectations. He has extensive experience in multi-family, retail, office, industrial, self-storage, hospitality, and land development. Notable clients include: Wells Fargo, Platinum Bank, Centerstate Bank, Rent-A-Center, California Closets, ABC Imaging, College Hunks Hauling Junk, Firehouse Subs, Midas, Pep Boys, and Burger FI.

Nick has earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) which recognizes him as an expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. This strategic network spans over 30 countries and is part of billions in annual volume with only an estimated 6% of commercial agents and practitioners nationwide holding the designation. Nick has received many awards including: Top Producer, several Sales Achievement Awards and has proven himself as a leader and mentor to the Bounat team. Nick’s commitment to integrity and reliability has proved to be invaluable for his clients. His personal dedication has helped his clients realize cost savings, cost avoidance, create short and long term leasing flexibility, improved operating efficiencies, and increased shareholder values. His ability to learn his clients culture and to provide creative solutions has provided continued growth for clients and Bounat.

Nick loves to travel all over the world including Dubai, Maldives, Bali, Thailand, Hungary to name a few of his favorite destinations.

Bobby Sampson

Executive Director, Partner

Bobby serves as Executive Director of Boutique National. Prior to joining Bounat, Bobby started his commercial real estate career in 2008. Over the last many years he has worked for Colliers International, DTZ, Newmark Knight Frank and was the President & Managing Broker of Sampson CRE, Inc. Throughout his career, he has been involved in hundreds of transactions across the country and spanning all facets of commercial real estate services. Bobby specializes in the office and industrial markets of central Florida, but has the experience and knowledge to complete transactions worldwide.

Well versed in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, Bobby advises clients on land, office, industrial and flex space development, leasing, facility acquisitions, and space dispositions.

Notable clients include: Coca Cola Refreshments, Coca Cola Beverages of Florida, PETCO, Bose Speakers, Kozuba and Sons Distillery, Wheaton Moving Services, Coast to Coast Moving, Gulf Coast Furniture Installations, Farmer Brothers Coffee, All Season’s Wealth, Westcare, MANKO Delivery Systems.

When not working, Bobby loves to travel and eat, anything golf related and enjoying the Florida lifestyle on a boat or by the water.

Estevan Lamas

Senior Director, Partner

Estevan Lamas serves as Senior Director for Boutique National. Estevan specializes in helping his clients achieve financial growth and portfolio diversification. Now in his 3rd year at Bounat, he successfully represented multiple companies in their expansion efforts and managed purchase transactions. He plays an active role with underwriting assets for Bounat and his clients. Effectively working in every aspect of commercial real estate from leasing, investment, and sales.

Estevan studied Economics at the University of South Florida which provided a strong base for his career in commercial real estate. With his knowledge of the industry consistently growing, his future is bright in commercial real estate and is a valued Bounat team leader. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Estevan is a Tampa area native who enjoys soccer, fishing and spending time with family.

Joey Petrella III

Associate Director

Joey serves as Associate Director for Boutique National. Joey has extensive experience but is not limited to Industrial and Hospitality. His recent closings have expanded beyond Tampa, making him accessible for all your real estate needs from coast to coast. Prior to joining Bounat Joe began his career in developing business strategies and sales and marketing growth initiatives for privately owned companies.

Joey has been heavily involved in fundraising and it is still something he devotes his time to today. As a founding member of a successful family run business, he has gained vast knowledge by developing and growing the company from ground up. With the Petrella family venturing into multiple businesses, Joey has had the opportunity to spearhead new concept expansions, site feasibility analysis, and deal negotiations.

Aside from work, Joey enjoys sports and spending time with family and friends.

Robbie Lober

Associate Director

Robbie serves as an Associate Director for Boutique National. Prior to joining Bounat, Robbie started his commercial real estate career in 2018 as an intern for Cushman & Wakefield. Throughout his career, he has been exposed to various aspects of commercial real estate services, such as landlord & tenant representation, new development, leasing, and capital markets.

Robbie specializes in implementing new and innovative ways to successfully complete real estate transactions in an efficient manner. At Bounat, he has provided value through marketing and prospecting efforts, transaction management, underwriting assets, and pursuing new business opportunities with the goal of developing long-term relationships.

Robbie’s personal dedication and tenacity has helped elevate his game to the next level. After completing internships for Cushman & Wakefield, he became passionate about commercial real estate and was determined to join a well-established brokerage team in the Tampa market. He is a recent graduate of the University of South Florida, where he received his Bachelor’s in Finance and Concentration in Real Estate.

Robbie is a Tampa native who enjoys fishing, following sports, and spending time with his family and friends.

Michael Farley

Associate Director

Mike serves as an Associate Director at Boutique National. Prior to joining Bounat, Mike worked for Avocat Group Commercial Real Estate where he gained knowledge in corporate services for industrial and office tenants.

 

During his time at Avocat and CIVIC Financial, Mike has been exposed to various aspects of commercial real estate services, such as landlord & tenant representation, new development, leasing, and capital markets. He is excited to learn more and continue to develop his skills as a commercial broker.

 

Mike is a graduate of the University of Southern Florida, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance. He was a student-athlete for 4 years while competing on the university baseball team. He likes to stay active by going to the gym and doing outdoor activities like golf. He also enjoys spending time with family & friends.

Sylvia Hart

Marketing Director

Sylvia Hart serves as Marketing Director for Boutique National. Sylvia is a strategic marketer at heart, bringing over 20 years of corporate marketing experience and 3 years of entrepreneurial marketing to her role at Bounat. She has led significant marketing campaigns to drive awareness and revenue during her time at GE Lighting and Cardinal Health. Her strategic mindset is aligned with Bounat’s mission to drive growth, generate awareness, and effectively communicate the essence of the Bounat culture and spirit to our clients and brokers.

Sylvia obtained her Bachelors in International Business from Butler University and MBA in Marketing and Organizational Behavior from the Weatherhead School of Management. She resides in Cleveland with her husband and their 2 boys.
