Mike Farley serves as Executive Director and Partner at Boutique National, specializing in industrial real estate throughout Tampa Bay and Central Florida. He advises investors, developers, owners, and occupiers on acquisitions, dispositions, tenant and buyer representation, investment sales, and development opportunities.

Mike has experience across a wide range of industrial product types, with a particular focus on small- and mid-bay industrial, industrial outdoor storage, owner-user facilities, and redevelopment opportunities. His work includes sourcing off-market acquisitions, representing companies in complex occupancy decisions, and advising institutional and private capital on investment opportunities throughout Florida.

As a Tampa native, Mike brings a deep understanding of the local market and relationships across the region. He has played an integral role in several significant industrial transactions and development projects in Tampa Bay, including the sourcing of more than 600,000 square feet of Class A industrial development.

Prior to joining Boutique National, Mike worked for Avocat Group Commercial Real Estate, where he focused on corporate real estate advisory and tenant representation. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of South Florida, where he was a four-year member of the baseball team.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys golfing, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and getting outside with his golden retriever, Riggs.
