Eric serves as an Associate for Boutique National. He specializes in advising investors and business owners, in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties across Florida.

Eric brings over 15 years of leadership and business development experience across multiple industries, including wine, medical devices, staffing, and real estate services. He has managed multimillion-dollar territories, launched new markets for national firms, and founded a service company supporting property managers and realtors throughout Tampa Bay. His background and education include a focus on mergers and acquisitions, equipping him with insight into valuation, due diligence, and strategic growth that he now applies to real estate investment advisory.

He holds an MBA from the University of Tampa’s Sykes College of Business and a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University.

A Florida native, Eric is passionate about the region’s continued growth and development. Outside of real estate, he enjoys hearing and playing live music, mountain biking, and spending time with family and friends.
