Jonathan has successfully represented national tenants such as Barberitos, Saladworks, Frutta Bowls, Scooter’s Coffee, and Sage Dental, as well as local brands including Higher Up and Ding Tea.  

As Vice President at TLC Ingredients/Shrieve Chemical, he managed a $15M+ portfolio, consistently exceeding revenue targets in the specialty resins market. His career is defined by strong client relationships, results-driven strategies, and a proven track record across diverse industries.

With a background spanning Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurial ventures, Jonathan has led high-performing sales teams, launched market expansion strategies, and implemented CRM systems to optimize customer engagement. His industry expertise includes commercial and residential real estate, business-to-business software solutions, 3rd party distribution, and national brand development. Known for his ability to identify growth opportunities and close complex deals, Jonathan blends analytical insight with practical execution to deliver consistent, measurable results.

Jonathan is a graduate of Miami of Ohio with a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Marketing and Political Science.  Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, triathlons, and spending time with family and friends.
