Bounat is pleased to annouce the newest member to our team – Austin Pennington.
Austin serves as Associate Director for Boutique National. He is a Florida-native with 15 years of extensive experience in the real estate, insurance and finance industries.
Prior to joining Bounat, Austin focused on providing a broad range of services to both sellers and buyers for property classes including mobile home parks, RV communities, hospitality properties, marinas, multi-family, retail, office, industrial, self-storage and land development.
Austin specializes in assessing and solving real estate problems for his clients throughout Florida. As an owner of mobile home parks for over the last decade and a member of the Mobile Home Park Owners Associations, Austin has established himself as experienced in this sector. He brings his tenacity, passion, and skill set to his new role as a commercial broker at Bounat.
In his spare time, Austin enjoys boating, fishing, diving, road cycling with his wife and discovering new real estate opportunities – all while contributing to environmental preservation through his involvement with the Tampa Bay Parrot Heads in Paradise Club and Captains for Clean Waters.
